Interiority Exhibition

I see this work as a cross between kintsugi and collage – a sort of crisis-induced gold-joinery.

Though I began collecting and deconstructing porcelain dolls to use as source materials long ago, this was the first work I felt bold enough to share. Many thanks to Cut Me Up magazine editor Andrea Burgay and guest curator Michael Oatman, whose 2020 "Object Lessons" directive inspired exploration of many new experimental processes.
